Whilst surfing the net, I managed to find many sites, wikis and videos that tells me about Architecture and the Virtual world. Some of these things proved very interesting.
The website 'Archvirtual' was a very useful and interacive website that gave the audience a lot of information of architecture in relation to the virtual world.
They provide a myriad of interesting videos and a diverse range of photographs to simulate and provide a better understanding of the virtual architectural world.
This photo just shows an example of a script that we used to make things such as light switches or particle systems. Unlike the other Second Life users who are able to grab items from the second life market, we had to use scrips like these to program our objects.
Scripts such as these were easily found in goolge just by typing it in the search engine.
We were easily able to find videos of tutorials on how to create and manipulate objects in the second life world. Video websites such as Youtube had many videos where we could learn how to script.
